Child Safety Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

FindMyNikah maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activity involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to all users, content, and interactions on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any attempt to use the platform to target or exploit children
• Creating accounts impersonating minors

3. Our Safeguards

We implement the following measures to protect minors:

• Age verification: All users must be 18+ (see our Age Policy)
• Profile moderation: AI and human review of all new profiles
• Photo moderation: All uploaded photos are reviewed for inappropriate content
• Automated detection: AI systems scan for CSAE content patterns
• Report mechanism: Easy-to-use in-app reporting for any content or behavior concerns
• Staff training: All team members are trained on CSAE identification and response

4. Reporting Channels

If you encounter any content or behavior on FindMyNikah that may involve a minor or child safety concern, report it immediately through any of these channels:

5. Law Enforcement Referral

In cases involving potential child exploitation, we will:

• Immediately report to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)
• Report to Cyber Crime Cell and relevant law enforcement authorities
• Report to CERT-In (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team)
• Preserve all evidence and account data as required by law
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

6. Account Action

Accounts found to be involved in CSAE will be:

• Immediately and permanently suspended
• All associated content removed
• All associated data preserved for law enforcement
• IP addresses and device identifiers logged and shared with authorities

7. Transparency

We publish a monthly transparency report disclosing the number of CSAE reports received, actions taken, and law enforcement referrals made. To request a copy of our transparency report, contact child-safety@findmynikah.com.
