Is FindMyNikah free to use?
Yes. You can create a profile, browse matches, and send proposals for free. Premium unlocks unlimited daily matches, detailed AI compatibility breakdowns, and priority visibility.
How does AI matching work?
Our AI analyzes multiple dimensions: deen compatibility (madhab, salah, religiosity), lifestyle (education, career, location), family values, and life goals. It generates a compatibility score with sub-scores and plain-language reasons for the match.
Is my profile visible to everyone?
No. Photos are watermarked and blurred by default. You can set your visibility to Public, Verified Only, Sisters-Only, or Private. Contact info is never shown without mutual interest.
What happens when I send a proposal?
Your proposal goes directly to the recipient. You'll be notified when they respond.
How many profiles can I view per day?
Free users get 3 profile views per day. Premium users get 25 views per day. Nikah-Ready users get 100 views per day. Views reset at midnight. You can always re-view profiles you've already seen without using additional credits.
What is the Family Plan?
The Family Plan lets a head of household cover up to 5 family members under one subscription. Monthly plan is ₹1,999/month and the yearly plan is ₹4,999/year. Each member gets full premium benefits including increased daily views and AI matching.
What is Nikah-Ready?
Nikah-Ready is our top tier at ₹1,499/month. It includes 100 daily profile views, AI-powered compatibility scoring, AI concierge matchmaker, ID verification badge, and dedicated support. It's designed for those serious about finding a match quickly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing in your settings and click Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your profile and data remain intact.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase for accidental charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, or contact support@findmynikah.com.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings and click Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
How do I report someone?
On any profile or message thread, tap the Report button. Choose a reason (fake profile, harassment, etc.) and optionally add details. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets through Razorpay. All payments are in INR. Premium plans start at ₹499/month.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All messages are end-to-end encrypted. Photos are watermarked. We never share your data with third parties. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you support reverts?
Yes! FindMyNikah is designed for all Muslims, including reverts. Many of our success stories are from reverts who found supportive, practicing partners through the platform.
Are there brokers or middlemen involved?
No. FindMyNikah is a direct-to-user platform. We do not employ, endorse, or associate with any brokers, middlemen, or marriage agents. We strongly advise involving your parents or trusted elders in the matchmaking process.
