Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your FindMyNikah experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds for paid services.
2. Subscription Plans
FindMyNikah offers the following paid subscription plans:
- Premium — Monthly and annual billing
- Family Plan — Monthly and annual billing, covers up to 5 wards
- Nikah-Ready — Monthly billing with enhanced features
All prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle:
- Monthly plans — Access continues until the end of the current month
- Annual plans — Access continues until the end of the current billing year
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. You retain access to all free features and your profile remains visible.
Family Plan wards: When the primary subscriber cancels, wards retain premium access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they revert to the free tier.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription
- Technical issue: If a technical problem prevented you from using a paid feature you purchased
- Accidental purchase: If you subscribed by mistake and request a refund within 48 hours
- Service not as described: If the service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@findmynikah.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions used for more than 7 days
- Services cancelled after the billing cycle has begun (unless within 48 hours of initial purchase)
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details. Razorpay supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
