1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindMyNikah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FindMyNikah. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and Muslim to use FindMyNikah. By creating an account, you confirm that you are genuinely seeking a marriage partner and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3. Account & Profile

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. Fake profiles, impersonation, and misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account deletion removes all your personal data within 30 days, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos are watermarked and blurred by default. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Sharing inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content
• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Attempting to bypass privacy features or screenshot restrictions
• Commercial solicitation or spam
• Any behavior that violates Islamic principles of modesty and respect
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. No Brokers or Intermediaries

FindMyNikah is a direct-to-user platform. We do not employ, endorse, or associate with any brokers, middlemen, marriage agents, or intermediaries. No person or entity is authorized to act on behalf of FindMyNikah in facilitating matches or collecting fees.

We strongly advise you to stay cautious of anyone claiming to represent FindMyNikah or offering to arrange matches on our behalf. Such individuals or entities are not affiliated with us in any way. Please report any such activity immediately to support@findmynikah.com.

8. User Responsibility & Disclaimer

FindMyNikah provides a platform to connect individuals seeking marriage. We are not a party to any marriage or relationship that results from use of the Service. All decisions regarding marriage are solely your responsibility.

We strongly advise involving your parents, guardians, or trusted elders in the matchmaking and marriage process. Their guidance and experience are invaluable in making informed and blessed decisions. FindMyNikah encourages a family-led approach to marriage in accordance with Islamic principles.

You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, background, and intentions of any person you interact with on the platform. FindMyNikah does not guarantee the accuracy of profile information provided by other users.

9. Premium Services & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in your local currency.

10. Limitation of Liability

FindMyNikah facilitates introductions but does not guarantee marriage outcomes. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or representations of users on the platform. Users interact at their own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyNikah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FindMyNikah harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms described in the Grievance Redressal section below.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
